links won't open in new window

    On bulldogottawa.com, I have put on links to open to a new window.
    Now all of them open to the same window.
    My hosting organization says the coding is correct.
    On bulldogcanadian.com they are opening correctly but not bulldogottawa.com

    I’m not a coder. Can you help, please.
