jquery coding

I really need help with jquery coding. I took this elastic hovering menu demo tutorial from internetbuilder.com website and I downloaded the demo tutorial folder to my pc and I want to use it on my wordress website but some how I can’t get this rite, mybe I need to change some code so it can work on my website. please help
