Cant get theme images to serve through CDN

    I added the folders to the custom file list for my theme search bar, calendar, etc. They continue not to be served from the cdn. The custom files I used for plugins work as they should its just the theme folders that dont. Is there a setting I am missing to get these files to serve from the CDN?

    I have the host theme files option selected on the CDN screen.
