Not working for site users logged on

We are using the XHanch – Ky Prayer Time on our site, with one issue. It works fine for visitors who are not logged on. However, if one is logged on (currently for admin and such but will in time be for members as well with access to more restricted areas of the site), it does not work properly. The ‘waiting’ icon appears and the information is not received and/or displayed.
