How to customize the posts

    I want to customize the post. i have a form which have different fields
    id
    user_id
    img
    post_link
    post_title
    post_description
    post_tags
    post_likes
    post_views

    Basically i want that when your login to my site after that he/she can upload a picture with this specific data. and these field must be shown in my custom form not in regular WordPress post. so suggest me any idea how i work on that. every user have many post related to them the can also filter it by tags. Any solution or suggestion for me.
