need the plugins that helps making a b2b website

hi,

i have made a website tradealways.com in php

its a b2b website where people can find exporters/importers of different products around the world.

i want it to remake in wordpress

is it possible?

the flow of website is

1.)user searches for a product
2.)user selects the companies where he want to send inquiries
3.)to send inquiries ,user needs to register
4.)after that he is able to login with id and password
5.)after that he can send inquiries…these inquiries will go to the inbox of the company email which they registerd with us(the email says that all the details of sender which which he had registered with tradealways.com telling reciver that he is intrested in dealing with your products)..as well as their tradealways.com account inbox
6.)a single email id can be registered only once ..no company can be registered twice(if a same email id is registered it will give a popup that email has already been registered,please change your email id).
7.)once a company is registered then an email is sent to them with a link to verify/activate their record on tradealways.com directory.

hence looking for help

can anyone recommends me plugins that gives me above functionality?
