Only one name will appear in widget area

    I really want to name all the seperate wysija subscription fields in the primary widget area, however only one name will show for one, and all the rest will just display wysija subscription (even though I insert a name/title when adding it).

    How do I fix this, because it is rather hard to keep then in a nice order and know what one is what without them having a title name.

    Am using the latest version os wysija 2.3.1

    Hello there,

    Can you update your plugin with that package here : http://packager.wysija.com/download/zip?plugin_id=3

    Try that and let me know,
    This should solve it.

    Hi Ben

    When I try to upload that plugin I get:

    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin…
    Destination folder already exists.
    Plugin install failed.
    Return to Plugins page

    Sure Shaun,

    You need to start by deleting wysija from your site, and then install it with that package.

    Oh, does that mean I lose everything I have already done, how would I keep the people already subscribed etc

    Hi Shaun,

    No don’t worry, you can delete wysija without fear, it will not remove your data, just the files 🙂

    Nice one Ben, working excellently now, all individual titles are showing for each, just what I wanted.

    Last Q, when you release a new version of plugin, like a new update and I upload it, will I go back to having no titles, or will be all ok to update to newer versions.
