Cross gallery searching with tags

I am by now practically desperatly looking for a plugin which makes it possible to make an images selection based on a cattegory and than easily in single view are able to navigate using tsgs.

I.e. you have a photo of a house in brasil from a gallery about Brazil, it’s taged ‘house’ – you click on the tag and get thumbnails of all images tagged with ‘house’ and then can browse this selection (so not to ‘forget’ that you are looking only at ‘house’ which is what most templates to general)

Any ideas? I have really been looking hard for an answer…
