Hello, WP Fan. I am a co-developer of the UTMCE plugin.
I’m sorry you are having trouble with our plugin. Did you try the usual troubleshooting methods, such as disabling all your plugins (except for UTMCE) and reverting to the default WP theme (TwentyTwelve)?
Also, try to access your browser’s Console see if any Javascript errors appear. To do so, do the following:
1. Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera: right click anywhere on your site, left click on “Inspect element”, left click on Console tab.
2. IE: Left click on F12, then “Console”.
You might have to reload the page once you open the Console for any errors to show up.
Please do that and report back with a link to your site as well (if possible).
Hello, there. We never heard back from you regarding this issue. Please let us know if you need more help. Otherwise, we will be marking this as resolved.

Hello Parveen,
Is it absolutely necessary you use IE to create the image map? That image mapping tool is quite old. I will have to dig into it to see if I may be able to provide a fix. And, unfortunately, it isn’t going to be very high on my priority list at the moment.
Is using another browser to create the image map not a possibility?
but for me it is my feeding , this is a client site and he said he will not pay me until unless i do not resolve this problem because he only check his site in IE.
Please help me Please
another major problem when try to do it in Chrome is that the plugin thinks the image width to be a max of 700 px where in the image that i am using is 980 px in width. So when the mapping is seen in the website it misplace the image map. How do we solve that? Is there a place to change the size of the image so it reads the exact size in which i am showing the image.
Keep up the good work. Apart from this glitch and IE 10 issue..works great!
Hello, there. Unfortunately, we did not code the image map plugin so addressing all the issues it is having will take some time.
In the meantime, I suggest you try a different approach for your image maps, such as the one shown in this JSfiddle. It is a much simpler approach and should be cross-browser compatible (IE9 and IE10 included).
