where should I add ?

I’ve created .po & .mo files,
but I found 3 exiting language folders
(1)wp-content/languages
(2)wp-content/plugins/qtranslate/lang/
(3)wp-content/themes/mythemes/languages/
which folder should I add ? or add to all ?
