Mobile Site

I have made a site with WP and although it works on my iPad its not mobile native. Is there anyway to make a site work on a PC and switch to Mobile when its on an iPad.
Also I have embedded some youtube video in my site using the embed code from youtube. Out of the 3 videos I have posted 1 works and 2 do not.
Should I be using a specific code to make it work on both PC and iPad.
