   Basically what the title says, whenever I try to activate the plugin, I receive this error:

   Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

   Any Ideas?

   Are you sure you have the latest version that is compatible with your WP?

   Pretty sure,

   I have the most recent version of wp (2.2) and the most recent plugin, I clicked on "download Plugin" from this page:

   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bad-behavior/

   Hmmm. Never trust third parties. Always go to the source (if possible):

   This one is working well.

   (Didn't realize downloadables through wordpress.org could be bad, thanks for the tip)

   I've gotten Bad Behavior's listing current on the WordPress site. Somebody should have told me that was there. Apparently people have been downloading ancient versions from there. :(
