Struggling with expired access token

    Have been using WPBook so that posts to the Carlow Photo Soc blog go also to the CPS group page on facebook. Now the access token has expired and I can’t see where/how to make a new one. Is it via the facebook app settings (the app belongs to me)? Or my personal settings? Or the group settings (I created the group)? I’ve looked at all, and can’t see what I should be doing.
    Step-by-step instructions for simpletons would be great.

    When your access token expires, go to the WPBook Settings page (in your WordPress dashboard -> Settings -> WPBook).

    On that settings page there is a link to “check or grant permissions” which takes you to a page inside Facebook where you can create a new token.
