Moving WP but followed all the rules

    i am using 2.0.7 because the host will not allow updates yet
    anyway, i had a blog hosted in a subdirectory on my site, BUT with a URI pointed to that directory

    therefore, i did not need to change the options table, and moved the database, and the files over to the new server with the same URI that was pointing to the directory on the other server, AND changed the wp-config file to conform to the new server

    i also deleted the cache directory

    and all i get is the white screen of death!
