Your site’s connection to WordPress.com seems to be broken at the moment.
Could you go to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and try disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com?
If that doesn’t help, could you please try installing the Jetpack Compatibility Plugin so we can see some additional information from your site?
1) Download the plugin from http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/jetpack/branches/jetpack-compatibility-test.zip
2) Upload the plugin to your site via Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New.
3) Activate the plugin and go to Plugins -> Jetpack Compatibility Test.
4) Click the “Select All” button.
5) Send us the results via this contact form:

Thanks!
Jeremy –
Thanks for the helpful advice. When you say “disconnect,” is that the same as “Deactivate?”
Either way, when I do that, will I then need to go in and reset each of the individual JetPack components like comments, social media, etc.?
I appreciate your assistance.
You can disconnect from WordPress.com without deactivating the plugin. You can do so by clicking on the button at the top right of the Jetpack menu:
http://i.wpne.ws/MwkA
Once you reconnect, all Jetpack Components and settings will be activated again.
Thanks again Jeremy!!
I just finished the process, and it was just like you said.
I just want to double check; now that I’ve reconnected my JetPack, I don’t need to go into each of the individual components like Publicize, Subscriptions & Sharing and Configure them again? I think I understand that you’re saying they will go back to being the same configuration that I had already set them at?
Sorry for all the questions, but I just want to make sure I’m doing it correctly.
Thanks again!!

Nope, no need to go back and configure anything; your old settings are back, you have nothing to do!
Well, you have one thing to do: publish a post, and let me know if the notification email gets sent out to your subscribers! 🙂
I also subscribed to your site, and I will let you know as soon as I receive an email notification!
A huge thank you for going above & beyond, Jeremy.
So far, so good. I just got my first response from a subscriber saying that he had indeed gotten an email notification. I know that he is a relatively new subscriber since I just did a product review for his company a little over a week ago. So I’m still anxiously awaiting to see if some of my long-term subscribers are getting notifications. But the signs are looking good, thanks to you.
I’m patting myself on the back. I actually remembered to mark this issue “resolved” for a change.
Jetpack stopped publicizing my posts to sub
scribers yesterday.
@sgotfried Could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome?

You will also want to give us more details about your site, so we can investigate further.
If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form:

Thank you!
Jetpack is not sharing my posts with subscribers – I tried disconnecting jetpack from wordpress and then reconnection but that did not work.
