• Sorry if this has been covered before, but is there a way to sort the sort list? They seem to be listed in relation to when the fields were added to the db. I wrongly assumed the ‘Display Column’ would do this (not entirely sure what this does do as I’ve numbered them all but nothing makes a difference!)

    The help section reads:

    Switches

Sortable means the list presented on the “List Participants” page can be sorted by this field. Of course, it must have a non-zero value in “Column” to be seen at all.

Can you expand on this please?
    Thanks, Em

    Em,

Yes, this is a very good suggestion. Hadn’t thought of this, but it’s not hard to do.

I see that statement is not well explained: it means that for a field to be present in the sort dropdown, it has to be both selected as “sortable” and actually visible in the list.

This only applies to the user sort function, the sort function available in the shortcode can use any field in the database.
