Hide Navayan title on web page user is returned to after clicking link in email

    Hi there,

    I was wanting to know how to hide the ‘Navayan Subscribe Optin’ title on the page that the user is redirected to after subscribing? I can’t use CSS as it will break the design for the other pages and I’ve had a slight change in the functions.php file in the Navayan plugin folder but still seems to make no difference and pulls in this id or title from somewhere.
