    Hi there! Yeah, that’s a known issue and it probably means that your PayPal API credentials are wrong.

    but i have created a new api, but still it comes out like that, i tried using cart66lite.. api is working just fine 🙁 ..please help

    I don’t think there’s much we can do to help debug the issue at this stage. As I mentioned, it’s likely that your API credentials are wrong. Please make sure you are using the correct PayPal API credentials, including the Sandbox setting (sandbox vs non-sandbox accounts have different credentials) and try again.

    We’re working on a fix for a better error message, but that won’t really help, since it’ll just say that your API credentials are misconfigured 🙂

    Same problem for me – and all Paypal verified multiple times. Same information worked in WP Event Ticketing plugin. It’s really too bad, I liked your solution better, but I cannot get it to work!
