Category Help

I’m having a problem. I list my categories in my sidebar, and its showing Uncategorized as having 1 post. If I go into the admin menu -> manage posts and list the posts under Uncategorized, it says there are none.

So obviously something is out of whack – WP thinks there’s a post in uncategorized, but there really isn’t.

Suggestions?
