Courseware plugin not supporting with Crayon Syntax Highlighter and with other.

Hello Sir,
I use buddypress Courseware plugin but it not supporting highlighting code
plugins exe Crayon Syntax Highlighter,wp-syntax etc.
please give me the solution how can i fix highlighting code plugins with BP courseware plugin. any highlighting pluging working with pages and post but not working with courseware add lecture(too section) section.highlighter shortcode shows on page that is
