Problems with fancybox js

I’m bumping into a couple issue with your plugin related to fancybox. I’ve got a form that I’m loading into fancybox however the js on line 95-102 of wpinstagram.php is binding to to all fancybox content click events rather than just when full of instagram content. Also, I think they removed .live() in favor of .on() in jQuery 1.9

Any suggestions on how to amend the code to make it play nice when other things are using fancybox?
