Feeding LinkedIn conversations around a link in to original WP article

    We seed links to all our posts from the WP site in to groups on LinkedIn. 95% of all replies to our posts take place on LinkedIn, rather than on the original WP post URL.

    How can we go about feeding in the LinkedIn conversation below the article, so that direct visitors to the article are aware of any conversation happening around the piece?

    As an example of what I mean, see this link, which does the same with Facebook shares, with them posted above ‘on site comments’.
