Display AD/Text/anything every X amount of post

    I have some text/ad/banner I want to display every X amount of post,

    I don’t want to use ad injection or any other plugin perfered. All I need is the code/filter that can display a small blurb of code/text every X amount of post on the (The_content).

    I have ad injection for the main site, but for wptouch/mobile theme I want to display mobile ads and need this code/plugin to do it.
