Bannerize Help Needed – $5 paypal bonus to anyone who solves this

Bannerize will not show all the categories of my site. For example say I have category 1 > level 2 > level 3.

I have all my items posted in level 3, but by ticking category level 1, bannerize will not show for the posts in level 3… I did my site this way as part of my meta on posts is ending with the level 3 category name, but these will not show in bannerize when wanting to select categories.

Is there a hack so all categories show. Pretty annoying actually as want this to work 🙂
