Update WordPress by Non Technical Staff/Users

    Hi,

    I have a question. A customer has its website hosted somewhere and it was designed (not wordpress) by just HTML, PHP…..

    Now the customer wants to have a website designed using WordPress so that (he says) he can update the content & pictures whenever he wants without asking a web developer to do that thus paying everytime they want the change.

    Is it possible for a non-technical staff/user to modify the content (even changing/adding/removing pictures) if the site is developed by WordPress ?

    Please give me some idea.
