Missing Images

After I updated to WP 3.5, all my images (hundreds of images) were broken. I went through three months of efforts to get help through this formum and the forum at Headway Themes. I was given a number of suggestions for complicated technical fixes: the upshot is that my whole site disappeared with no admin access and I had to rebuild it using my backup files. I have the site up now,using the WP default theme. My old posts are in its archive, but not the images, though I’ve re-FTPed them into the the site. How can I get my images back into my posts without loading each one individually? http://www.critnick.com
