Set “User Profile Page” to nothing in the plugin’s options.
After re-reading your question, I think that what you are asking goes beyond my first answer. That would take the “forgot password” link out of the login forms with the exception of the one that is on the user-profile page. To remove that you would need to filter it out with the wpmem_login_form filter and some php string manipulation using something like str_replace.
But all of that just removes the links. It sounds to me like you are asking if this can be disabled, to which the answer is no.
Hi Chad thanks for the answers, I just really want to remove the links , I have User Profile page as nothing, but now get user registration shown under login form ( http://varuna.org/testwp/mmbers-only-1/ ) and some html coding showing at top of the same page. – any thoughts
