Scripts not loading and causing errors

I am getting the following errors in my console.

GET http://s.stats.wordpress.com/w.js?21 — Does not load
Uncaught ReferenceError: st_go is not defined
Uncaught ReferenceError: Gravatar is not defined
GET http://edge.quantserve.com/quant.js — Does not load

The two JS files simply do not load and the errors seem to be connected to the scripts not loading. I’m using a site that is hosted by WordPress, so no plugins or extra additions to the site have been made. This seems to be an issue with wordpress itself, seeing as the file that seems to be causing the biggest issue is externally hosted on their domain. Any ideas on what I could do here?
