    Dear Gianluca,
Looks like the GRA4 Plugin conflicts with some other WordPress plugin. Possibly, some cache plugin or so.
Javascript Error console shows several errors on the
http://miproduco.altervista.org/gra4 , but this page for non-logged users suppose to redirect to
http://miproduco.altervista.org/gra4/activity (and here the GRA4 shows ok, meaning it did the installation and activation just fine)
BTW the redirect is done by http headers, not by JS, and it brings some cache plugin to the list of the suspects also =)

So, to force the GRA4 Plugin back to operations, I’d recommend to flush all the caches (if you really have some caching plugin installed), if it does not help – try to switch off other plugins one by one – after all, later you can re-activate them.

Please let us know if it helped or not, or if you have other questions.

    Hi, first thanks for reply
    1) I cleaned the cache (not working yet)
    2) I disabled the plugins one at a time (not working yet)
    3) I deactivated wp total cache (not working yet)

Do you have other tips please?
    thanks again
    Gianluca
