Replacing items in list

Hello
I got a list of items as you can see on the screenshot. The problem is that if I want to add a new item, I do not have any option to make shure this new item will appear under the current items on my webpage.
What I want to say is that i want the new items to appear under the current items. Because now, every time I add an item, it appears on top.
I also cant drag the items from one place to another…
How can I replace these items manually?
