Plugin never pulled in Facebook comments. Now it's not pulling in Twitter either

I liked this plugin before the upgrade.

However, it *never* pulled in my Facebook comments, but it at least pulled in my tweets. Not it’s not pulling in either.

A lot of good information get’s left on my FB page and its frustrating not to be able to draw them in to show commenting and interaction is occurring. Could there be a manual way to get these comments, like there used to be a manual way to pull in Twitter (which no longer works now).

Is anyone else’s Facebook comments getting pulled in? If so, are you doing anything differently than me?
