can people see past-versions of pages/posts that have been changed?

    i’m developing my site on localhost with wampserver (wampserver is being kept offline while i’m working on this).

    i’m curious about whether people can see past edits, or revision histories, or stuff like that? as in, if i create several new posts&pages, and kind of do them ‘draft’ style, nobody can see my drafts once i’ve updated/saved over them right?

    outside people cannot see your local posts/pages/themes/sites

    as well, modified versions of posts/pages ate not retrieveable, once you change it, that’s it, the old versions are gone, unless you have a backup of your data base
