can't get this installed

    Get tons of permissions errors.
    Even when I change everything to 777 still complains
    attempt to create folders and still no go.
    Could you give instructions how to install this plugin manually outside of using the wordpress dashboard.
    This is the only plugin causing me issues even the security plugins that are very touchy with permissions I can get installed.
    I must be missing a step somewhere.

    ok interesting by using:
    define(‘FS_METHOD’, ‘direct’);
    I got it installed. Since it was mentioned this was a security risk,
    I took the line out once w3 installation was complete..
