Adding Voting/Liking and Social Buttons to Jetpack Carousel

Could anyone offer help on how to modify jetpack so that visitors can either vote on, rate or like photos displayed in jetpack carousel?

And also had social sharing buttons to within the carousel?

I’ve seen postings that both are possible, but no direction on how to really do it.

Any guidence is appreciated. Thank you!
