Counter Does Not Show Up

    We would like to have a static counter in the sidebar of one of the pages on our site (to tell how many donors we have had to date). Your plugin allows for this capability, but for some reason, when I insert the widget into the sidebar on this page, the title of the counter is displayed, but the area underneath that would show the counter is blank. I know this plugin in fairly new, so is it a compatibility issue?

    My website is daniels.du.edu and the specific page is daniels.du.edu/donors/pioneering-new-heights/. I do not have the widget in the sidebar right now because our viewers would view it as an error. Let me know what I can do on my end to help!

    I updated to the newest version of WordPress (3.5.1) and it displays now.

    Although this is a very old issue (sorry didn’t notice it), however…

    In case anybody else experiences the same problem of the counter not displaying at all, the cause will either be a problem with the version of jQuery your WordPress is using or a javascript clash with another plugin.

    First check that your WordPress is up to date and update if necessary, and you have no other plugins installed that may be replacing the jQuery version. If you still have problems please feel free to contact me with a url of where you think a counter should be showing and I’ll be happy to point you towards a solution.

    I am experiencing the same issue as well.

    I have it temporarily installed on the bottom of the home page. You will see that it does not display between “Our customers have saved” “so far.” I am not a programmer but an experienced user. I have built the site. I am up to date with 3.8.1 and all plugins are up to date as well. I have uninstalled and deleted any plugins that I am no longer using.

    Seems to be working on http://www.round2lighting.com now, I’ve just taken a look with Firefox and Chrome.

    Maybe try clearing your browser cache and WordPress cache (if you have caching enabled) to see if that helps.

    Very bazaar. I cleared my cache and voila it appeared. Thanks. Then I went to lunch and it was gone again. Hmmm
