Searching for a plugin, Please help

    Hello

    I am working on a WP page that would include some info on rivers, that I could get from Slovenian environment agency (ARSO). But the problem is I am pretty new to php.
    What am I in search for is a plugin that would let me parse text from table on that site specific for every row and update it regularly similar than this one.
    It would also be useful to see some tutorials o how to develop something like this.
    Can anybody please help me?
