Jetpack is missing and I cannot re-install it | WordPress.org

My site went down a few days ago. Go Daddy got it back up and running. Since then, Jetpack is no longer on my dashboard. I cannot access my stats nor my blog subscribers. I tried to reinstall Jetpack but it says failure to install because it is already installed.

I called Go Daddy and they said that they cannot access my wordpress and that I should ask the forum. Help please!

Hi Maoistao,

Have you tried to delete the plugin folder from wp-content > plugins folder , if not delete the entire folder and try to install it again

The strange thing is that it does not show up as one of my plugins. The folder is not there, yet it will not let me download it I get the following:
Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/jetpack.2.1.2.zip…

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. /home/content/07/8506507/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/

Plugin install failed.
