Sub-blog path problem while using WordPress Network

Hi everyone:)

I installed WP Network 3.5 based site, with sub-directory based path system (not subdomain). On main site everything is fine with NextGen Gallery, path to gallery is “wp-content/blogs.dir/1/files/” as superadmin settings state, I can upload files and add galleries to content through text editor, just perfect. But on sub site there is invalid path showing only as “/”, after creating a gallery no notification is showed, and I can’t upload image files. Tables for a sub site in database are not created. I tried to reset, uninstall and install again, no success. Maybe anyone could help me a bit.
