Add Link to Facebook has an option to disable including the Facebook scripts, which could solve the problem (and create new ones), because JetPack might include the scripts too.

Marcel, but your reply does not answer my question, does it?
@ltpage Since Jetpack Comments uses an iFrame hosted on WordPress.com, it might not be compatible with plugins inserting options to your comment form.
I’m not familiar with “Add Link to Facebook”, but it seems to be adding an option to the form to allow you to post your comment to Facebook. Since the comment form is replaced by Jetpack Comments, this won’t work I am afraid.

After activating Jetpack comments, Add Link to Facebook plugin no longer imports comments from Facebook to website. How to fix this?
