• Thank you in advance for any and all assistance.

On our blog, we have parent categories and subcategories. For instance, if FRUIT were the parent category, the subcategories would be apple, orange and banana. However, all four appear as categories. What I thought would happen was the only category that would appear is FRUIT and then when clicked on, the subcategories would appear. This isn’t the case.

I don’t know much about code, but if anyone can help, I’d be grateful. I’d post the name of the site, but I’m not sure if they’d consider that spamming in these forums. If I can post the name of the site, can someone please let me know? This way, you can see what I’m talking about.

    Thank you so much!

  • By all means, post a link! 🙂

But I suspect, that what you want to accomplish could be complicated without a java-menu. What exactly do you mean by “when I click on a category, the subcategories should appear”? Appear in the menu?

Thank you, Sivar, for your reply.

The name of our site is allknowingforce dot com. We have a lot of stuff to add, but as you can see on the right, there are four band names, all of which fall under the AKF: Artists category.

My question is, is there any way to make these appear only when AKF: Artists is click, because if not, people will be scrolling down forever when all the content is posted.

Thank you for your reply. Awaiting your next one.

How exactly do you get the list of categories in the menu? Do you use widgets?
