   Version 2.2.2. I just noticed my comments feed does not validate. I looked at the xml for both the comments feed as well as the main feed. The main feed uses the dc:creator tag around my public name which validates. However, the comments feed uses the author tag around my public name. Apparently, the author tag needs to contain a valid email address to validate.

   I deactivated plugins with no luck getting the comments feed to validate. Before I submit a ticket on trac, can anyone replicate this? Thanks.

   I fixed the validation problem by tweaking the feed-rss2-comments.php file.

   By the way, this only affects the RSS2 comments feed. I don't believe RSS or Atom feeds have this validation problem.
