• Here’s my scenario: I defined the “Resize Images” option in the Option -> Images panel to 1200 x 800 px which is the standard size for my gallery. But I have the need of another gallery on my website where the pictures should be in another size. For this I have created a second gallery template.

After uploading the images with NGG the size of the images are 1200 x 800 px what is fine for my standard template. If I want the images for the alternative gallery I use the Bulk Action “Resize Images” in the Manage Gallery Menu and set the resize value e.g. to 450 x 300 px.

So far so good and everything works fine. But after resizing the images the standard values in the Options panel are set to the new values I used to resize my images (in this example the new values are 450 x 300 px).

I have assumed that the values in the Options panel are default values and not been overwritten if I resize images in a gallery. Now I have to set the defaults again after using the resize options.

Is this a feature or a bug. For me this behavior makes no sense.
