Ashfame: please help with this "previously had type 'article' " error

i then went into my app id settings and i entered in my domain under “app domain” i also entered in my url at “select how your app integrates with facebook” see here: http://img338.imageshack.us/img338/4314/screenshot20130204at205.png

i am now getting a new error:

here is what shows up when i try to post on facebook the first blog post on my site

notice the url is different (no wwww) and notice the blog post title is also different (this is a blog post title that i used many many days ago)
