I need a widget that will cycle my recent posts. Is there one that you like?

I need to place a widget on my footer that will cycle through my recent posts and possibly at a later date, cycle a certain category. Is there anything similar to the theme forest post cycle widget or something of that sort? I tried looking for one but am not sure which one is good. The only other post cycle widget I have used is the theme forest one that came with a theme I purchased there. This time I am not using one of their themes.
