unable to structure output

Trying to hide certain field from table as well as sort by city

[formdata form-1 table hide=”nickname1,nickname2″ orderby=”city”]

Getting this error:
(orderby) city not found

If I try this:
[formdata form-1 order=ASC]

Getting this error:
The template ” was not found.

Is multiple structure possible?
