I read the directions twice and I have all of the options for the plugin check marked with the exception of Search Every Excerpt, Search Every Draft, and Search Every Attachment. I set these options twice as sometimes it is required and the search box still doesn't appear to be searching everything that I selected.
For instance, I will type in the name to a url that is posted in a comment and the search box will come back telling me nothing was found. What am I doing wrong?

SE does not search URLs.

Dan... my"Search" widget display has changed since the most recent update, and I cannot figure out what/where to fix the CSS... any suggestion?

Here's a great guide I found through a google search.
Ok. I typed in some text that I knew was inside of a comment and that comment was not found, there were no search results. I also typed in the author of a comment and those provided no search results as well.

I just searched your site for "tad" and the post with the comment having "Is it just me or is this a tad in bad taste?" came up.
