Links not working since Host change

    Transferred my site and blog to a new host in the last couple of days.
    2 things aren’t back to normal:

    1) Can’t access any permalinks.
    2) All my apostrophe’s and quotations are now square
    symbols.

    I’ve done a bit of searching in the forums and support docs but am so frazzled I’m not having my usual level of success.

    Can someone point me in the right direction to some info.
