wpStoreCart is Buggy with No Real Support – WordPress Shopping Cart

I purchased wpStoreCart WordPress shopping cart over a year ago. And I regret it. Mostly because of all the time I have wasted trying to make wpStoreCart work. I have waited and waited for updates that were supposed to address multiple problems. There are so many problems that it makes wpStoreCart completely UNUSABLE! I keep downloading the updates and trying again, but it never works right. There’s always more problems and rarely does anything get fixed.

Shortcodes don’t work as documented. Much of online support is completely outdated or non-existent. Many features just don’t work. Too many problems to even list here.

When you do find a problem submitting a ticket on wpStoreCart’s website is less that straightforward. Once you figure that out you may or may not get any response. If you are lucky enough to get a response it is only an extremely abrupt answer saying something like we’ll look into that and then they close the ticket. But the problem never gets resolved. Or they promise it will be in the v3 release which only seemed to take one large set of problems and exchange them for another large set of problems.

Avoid wpStoreCart not just to save your money, but more importantly to save your sanity by wasting a bunch of your time trying to implement a shopping cart that just isn’t going to work.

Unfortunately, wpStoreCart just doesn’t work. This is the only Plugin I have had so many problems with.
