I’m using Instant Word Press to build an offline version of a site and when I try and download the Installer I get the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in C:\Users\Emily\Desktop\Desktop\Rob’s Files\Walk to Remember Website\InstantWP_4.3\iwpserver\htdocs\wordpress\wp-snapshots\510d44152d5798525_20130202_walktorememberinlandempire_installer.php on line 94

I’m using the latest available. 0.4.2

If you want to open a support ticket I can look closer at your issue. For some reason your root path were your WP site is installed is causing issues when it written to the file.

This issue as been identified that the file path contains a ‘ in it:

For example:

C:\WebServer\Rob’s Stuff\

This will cause the error seen above. A fix should be in the next version 0.4.3 or the hotfix line shortly.

Workaround is to remove the ‘ from the filepath…
