YAPB Bulk 404 error

I cant upload in bulk with this plugin. I seem to be getting 404 errors when using the bulk uploader. I have version Version 1.10.10 of Yet Another PhotoBlog, and Version 1.4 of YAPB Bulk Uploader and WordPress 3.5.1. Each time i select a bunch of images to uplaod, it goes throught the list, crunches then turns pink and states (HTTP Error 404) then moves onto the next image and does the same all the way down.
Any idea whats causing this and is there a fix?
